Rainwater Pump - Submersible Rainwater Harvesting Pump Kit for Inside Tanks

This Rainwater Harvesting Pump and Kit includes everything you need to pump the water out of your Rainwater Storage Tank. It is suitable for all new and exisiting water storage tanks, including PE, GRP and concrete tanks (like for example Enduramaxx, Rototek, Wydale and Balmoral).

The SteelPump sits on the floor of your water storage tank (it doen'st need to be suspended). The internal height of your rainwater tank will therefore determine the length of Turret Hose you require (see options above).

This Rainwater Pump Kit is pefect for pumping non-potable water for use in your home or garden. The water pump's built in dry-run protection software along with the Kit's Float Switch ensures that you only pump water when there is water in your storage tank to pump! The float switch can be positioned to ensure you keep a set level of water in the tank.

SteelPump with 2m Float Switch

The X-AJE80B professional quality automatic jet-pump, with stainless steel motor body. Submersible and selfpriming is ideal for domestic non-potable water supply.  The intelligent pump responds to pressure in the delivery pipe. It  turns itself on when there is a demand for water, then switches off again automatically once the demand has been met. This rainwater pump sits on the floor of the water tank.

The 2m Float Switch (included) turns the pump off if the water level gets too low. This, backed up by the dry-run protection in the pump’s software, ensures a longer life for your pump as it will not run when there is no rainwater in your tank.

Pump Warranty

This is a high quality professional pump that comes with a 2 year warranty when properly installed. SteelPumps are designed to be serviceable long into the future with common service components located behind an easy to remove electrical cover. The capacitor, pressure switch, flow sensor and control unit are all easily accessed.

Floating Intake 1m

The Intake floats below the water surface (where the cleanest water is found), at a maximum of 1m above the SteelPump water inlet (dependent on the amount of water in your storage tank). The Floating Intake’s fine stainless steel mesh filters the water before the it is extracted by the pump. The Intake also has a non-return (check) valve within it.

Pump to Turret Hose

The Pump to Turret Hose connects the pump outlet of your SteelPump to the turret of your rainwater tank.

Designed to fit vertical or horizontal PE, GRP or concrete water storage tanks.

Your SteelPump sits on the floor of your storage tank. The internal height of your rainwater tank will therefore determine the length of Turret Hose you require, choose from the options above. For other lengths please contact us.
