Duty Standby Pump Control Panel

The Quadri is a direct on-line starter and pump controller. It is available for single phase and three phase systems. It can control one or two pumps (depending on the model/options chosen - see above).

Used in conjunction with float switches, level probes and/or pressure switches (not included) - depending on what you system requires - the Quadri can control up to two pumps and is able to balance the load between the pumps or start both pumps if the demand requires.

The Quadri function in either automatic or manual configuration. Automatic configuration allows the Quadri controller to test the connected hardware, determine the correct input/output levels and operate between them.

The configuration allows the user to pre-set the wait fill time, motor start delay duration, maximum motor current (over-current protection) and the min/max operating voltage. All these parameters can be viewed and edited via the LED display.

This single or twin pump control panel can run in three modes, Boosting, Storage or Sewage.

In Boosting mode, the Quadri works with a pressure boosting system using both probes and pressure switches to monitor and run pumps when a pressure or level drop is detected.

In Storage mode, the quadri uses float switches or level probes to monitor the levels in two tanks and therefore functions as a level controller.

In Sewage mode, the Quadri uses float switches to determine levels inside a tank and pump according to the parameters set by the installer.

Fault detection with an Alarm Output Relay.
