Battery Operated Water Tank Level Sensor
Water Tank Level Indicator for water tanks. The LED display bar lights up in sequence to indicate the level of liquid within the tank.
Suitable for Water Tanks, Slimline water tanks, Rainwater Tanks, Grey Water, Groundwater, Floodwater, basically any conductive fluid that won't damage the sensing wires.
Not suitable for Oils, fuels or purified water.
Battery operated, activated when the "Test" Button is pressed. Requires 9V battery (PP3) - not included. Therefore suitable for checking water levels in off-grid water tanks like, caravans, motorhome and boats.
Comes with support cage for Wall Mounting.
Comes with or without 5 Core Electronic Cable - choose the length of cable you require from the drop-down menu above.
The level indication is based on the lengths of cable you define and therefore is flexible to your requirements. Maxiumum cable length is about 30m.
Some assembly required. You will need to strip the long cable and cut back each of the 5 cores to the desired lengths then wire them into the Indicator panel. This is easily done with wire strippers and a screwdriver (not included).

Does the job in a motorhome
There's hardly any choice when it comes to water sensors for a motorhome, so I was glad to find this one. Easy to install and battery powered - perfect. Device itself works fine, perhaps apart from showing Min level as default (two LEDs always on). So the actual minimum looks like much more than it really is. Build quality acceptable for the price, especially it's made in Italy, not China. Biggest drawback - wiring sticking out on top when fitted looks bad, but can be remedied by drilling a small hole in the housing and wiring internally, plenty of space for that. All in all recommended for caravans and motorhomes as an easy solution to checking water levels!
