This new slimline water butt with integral planter is every gardener's dream! It combines rainwater storage with planting space in a compact and sturdy design. At just 90cm high it will fit under most windows and at just 40cm deep it won't hinder walkways.
The planting area has a built in drainage hole that directs water in the bed to the behind the butt. At approx 1.1m wide x 20cm deep x 30cm wide the raised planting bed is a valuable addition to any garden, especially if placed close to a kitchen door for easy access to all those fresh herbs.

This classic matt grey colour water tank has a wrap around fluted design so it could potentially be positioned at 90 degrees to a wall to create "rooms" within a garden or seating area.
This is a really robust water butt. The walls are approx 6.5mm thick! It weighs 50kg and is designed to keep it's shape when filled with water.
The Rain Herb Bed comes complete with a chrome-plated brass tap.
As with all 3P feature water butts, the Rain Herb Bed is made from UV and weather resistant, recyclable PE plastic ensuring it will not fade or degrade in the sunlight over many years of use.
All threaded outlet points are 3/4" metal brass. The closed stub connection points are fit 50mm hose. Simply cut off one end to reveal the inlet that allows the rainwater into the tank.
We recommend the Filter Collector U50 downpipe diverter kit for this water butt. The Diverter and Connection kit comes with 30cm of hose (and stainless steel Hoseclips to secure the hose) suitable for connecting to the Rain Herb Bed Inlet. The Filter Collector Universal also acts as a filter and overflow.

Rainwater/Downpipe Diverter
We recommend installing the 3P Filter Collector U50 with your Rain Herb Bed Water Butt. This Filter Collector fills your Water Butt to your Downpipe via a 30cm length of 50mm diameter Hose. It also also filters the water, removing debris, before transferring the water into the tank via the 50mm inlet at either side of the Rain Herb Bed. When correctly installed The Filter Collector also acts as an overflow so when the water butt is full, the excess water goes down your downpipe. The Filter Collector is ideal for roof areas up to 90m2 (other filters are available for larger roof areas - contact us for details).
Tank to Tank Connection Kit
A Water Butt Linking Kit can be purchased to join two Water Tanks together using the lower 3/4" brass threaded port.
How to link water tanks together
If you already have a wall tank or water butt with a 3/4 inch BSP female threaded connection point near the base of the tank, you can connect them together with our 3/4" Tank to Tank Connection Kit.
